I specialize in "Body Recomposition," or the idea of gaining muscle to boost metabolism and burn fat, even when the scale is stuck in place. I truly believe this is the most effective and sustainable fitness strategy, and I can apply it to all age groups and levels of fitness. I have a lot of experience working with clients' busy schedules, so I know plenty of tricks to squeeze in more results in less time. I offer both online programs and in-person training, and I am able to bring equipment to meet you wherever you may need me; at home, at the park, or at the gym.
