There are plenty of ways to get your workout in.  If you prefer to work out by yourself, you can sign up for one of my online programs, where I will provide custom plans, back and forth messaging, nutrition tips, and workout videos to ensure you use safe & optimal technique.  If you want to have me there with you making sure everything is going right (I can assist with form, spotting, weight selection, rep ranges, progress tracking, and making sure everything is going just right), you can book my in-person training sessions.  Or you could do a combination of the two!  I am available to travel around to meet you in Van Buren and nearby cities like Fort Smith and Alma.  If you're farther than that, send me a message and we can try to work something out.
